My husband and I are living proof that you can have a successful career, a family and a life.

The idea for Koko came soon after we started a family and realized that our lives needed to change. Work, a new baby, life...it all got in the way of exercise. We didn't have the time to spend an hour or more at the gym. And now that we had a family, we knew it was more important than ever to get in shape.

So our journey began to create a new way to exercise that fit easily into our lives. A few years and tons of research later, the Koko Smartrainer® was born. It was perfect: easy, fast and really effective. It worked!

Not only had we created a new way of exercise for us, we had also created a new way of life for us. In creating Koko Fitness and Koko FitClub, for the first time, we found a way to easily manage our careers, our family and our health. It was all interconnected...and balanced. It worked, too!
